We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee post-construction cleanup jobs. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for managing client bookings, monitoring job completion processes, invoicing clients, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination with minimal client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Booking Management: Manage client bookings efficiently, ensuring timely communication and updates.
* Process Monitoring: Monitor the completion of post-construction cleanup jobs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
* Invoice Preparation: Prepare accurate invoices for clients, ensuring all necessary information is included.
* Administrative Coordination: Ensure seamless administrative coordination between teams, minimizing conflicts and delays.
Requirements:
* Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in invoicing and booking systems, such as ServiceM8 and Xero, and have experience with data entry and management software.
