Administrative Support Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized administrative professional to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers wide-ranging office duties and the chance to work in a fast-paced environment.


Candidate Requirements

* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization
* A fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
* Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not required; we offer training for individuals with the right attitude
* Fluent spoken and written English language skills are essential
* Strong attention to detail is necessary for success in this role


Job Responsibilities & Tasks

* General administrative duties including phone and email correspondence
* Order processing and data entry using Microsoft Navision
* Supporting Queensland managers in warehouse and sales operations
* Providing excellent customer service through email and telephone interactions
* Booking freight and following up on freight inquiries as needed
