About the role
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Audi Centre Canberra, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey from initial enquiry to delivery. You'll build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide expert product knowledge to ensure a premium buying experience aligned with the Audi brand.
This role suits someone who is driven, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets while working as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from enquiry to vehicle handover.
* Present and demonstrate vehicles with strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the Audi brand.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Manage customer follow-ups, leads, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Prepare and complete sales documentation accurately and in line with dealership processes.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to support daily operations and sales initiatives.
