Payroll Administrator Role
This role is responsible for coordinating and processing fortnightly and monthly payrolls in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency in data entry, sound numeracy skills and experience using MS Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing employee terminations and redundancy payments
* Calculating and processing pay variations
* Maintaining employee records and providing effective communications on payroll matters
* Reconciling Superannuation, KiwiSaver, PAYG, PAYE and end of month payroll deductions
* Managing Workers' Compensation, ACC and Salary Continuance/Income Protection calculations and payments
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Proven accuracy and efficiency in data entry
* Sound numeracy skills and ability to work with numbers
* Experience using MS Excel and Outlook
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal form
* Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
