Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking an administrator who is proactive, communicates effectively and exemplifies quality in their work to join the team as a Plant and Vehicle Officer.
This diverse role is responsible for providing fleet management services by collating data, maintaining records and completing general administration functions.
Join our team and play a key role in supporting Council's plant and fleet operations.

Flexible hours are available, including part-time or school-hours arrangements, depending on the needs of the role and the successful applicant.
Responsibilities
Completing support functions including sourcing quotes, raising purchase orders, receipting goods and reconciling
Monitoring and actioning shared email inbox
Data entry and record keeping
Creating and maintaining registers
Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
Qualifications
Minimum of Queensland C class provisional driver's license.
Competent in components of the Microsoft Office Suite.
