Deep Gem is seeking experienced Civil Electrical Leading Hands with genuine industry experience within the Energex URD Subdivision, Traffic Signals and Public Lighting industry.
The successful applicant will have:
* Self-motivation and leadership qualities
* Attention to detail and pride being taken in all aspects of their work
* Experience managing their own crews and jobs.
* Genuine experience with:
* Installing conduits, cable hauling, pits and footings; or
* Traffic Signal infrastructure
* Experience working within Energex, local council or Main Roads Standards.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow company procedures for documentation and compliance
* Proven track record of good performance and a solid employment history
* Current manual drivers licence - (MR/HR preferred)
* All other tickets/ licences and current competencies will be advantageous
Remuneration will be based on verifiable skills and experience, and includes:
* Competitive hourly rate + penalties and allowances (Paid weekly).
