Job Description
As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients. You will work as part of a wider team, supporting multiple customers and managing their end-to-end infrastructure and support.
You will be accountable for ensuring that your clients' technology environment is running smoothly, and that they are able to achieve their goals. This will involve providing excellent in-person support, as well as support over the phone.
You will also be responsible for managing a wide array of technologies, including Office 365, Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, Endpoint manager, Veeam, Meraki, Watchguard, and Qualys.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in MSP, with a strong background in Microsoft stack and other technologies such as VMWare, Veeam, Meraki, servers, and DB.
They will also possess outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a keen interest in technology and problem-solving.
