You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute financial strategy, influencing enterprise-wide decision-making and leading a high-performing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic financial insights and challenge performance across business lines.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning aligned to corporate objectives.
* Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Team and Board.
* Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across FP&A.
* Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
