Front Office Receptionist

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for our resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilizing your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk.

* Undertake day-to-day duties associated with check-in and check-out of members.

* Answer all calls and assist with requests and general enquiries.

* Have access to the after-hours phone to deal with guest enquires after 6pm.

* Be responsible for locking up various areas of the resort i.e. Swimming pool and manage after-hours bookings coming in via email.

This role will involve working across a 7-day rotating roster in the afternoon/evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

* Experience in a reception role is highly desirable.

* Must be available Friday - Sunday.

* Opera booking system knowledge would be an advantage.

* A desire to deliver a high level of customer service.

* Excellent administration and organisational skills.

* A high attention to detail.

* Team player and work well under pressure.
