Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Maadi, QLD, for a Solar Appointment Setter. The role involves scheduling appointments, generating and managing leads, and acting as an initial point of contact for potential customers. The Appointment Setter will engage in outbound communication, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up processes. Accountability, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are key to succeeding in this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
* Experience in Lead Generation and developing effective strategies to identify and engage potential customers
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clients
* Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset, coupled with problem-solving abilities
* Previous experience in renewable energy or solar industries is a plus
