Our client specializes in delivering premium, architecturally designed homes that reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail. Their reputation is built on excellence, and they are proud to work with some of the industry's best designers, trades, and clients.
As a Foreman, you will play a crucial leadership role on-site, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the exceptional standard. You’ll be managing trades, coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality and finish
* Monitor project timelines and report progress
* Enforce safety compliance and best practices on-site
* Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients as needed
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain project momentum
Requirements:
* Must have experience as a Foreman in high-end residential construction
* Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction techniques
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
* Relevant trade qualification or carpentry background preferred
What We Offer:
$130,000 - $160,000 + SUPER.
