The company is distinguished by its extensive product and service offerings, broad distribution capabilities, financial strength, underwriting excellence, claims handling expertise, and global local operations.Your RoleThe purpose of this role is to enhance the customer experience for clients of American Express, Macquarie, Bendigo Adelaide, and Investec by providing superior customer service for inquiries, including claims related to the No Additional Charge (NAC) Insurance on their Credit and Charge Cards. It involves service and inbound sales to existing and potential customers in a professional manner while achieving set financial and non-financial targets, tailored per campaign. The goal is to deliver exceptional service at every contact point by meeting and resolving customer inquiries.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver seamless member experiences on the NAC insurance program with exceptional customer service aligned with the card issuers' values.Provide high-quality service on all inquiries, including claims.Offer accurate and timely information regarding coverage as per Card Terms and Conditions.Ensure every customer interaction focuses on delivering exceptional experiences.Assist customers professionally at every touchpoint.Understand customer needs and provide personalized service.Work within a heavily regulated industry, demonstrating understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, including company policies, promoting compliance and achieving compliant outcomes.Provide financial services efficiently, honestly, and fairly.Complete prescribed training to maintain skills and competencies.Identify, record, and report complaints, conflicts, breaches, and reportable matters promptly.Meet or exceed financial targets while maintaining service levels as part of the Inbound Service and Claims team.Handle written queries within five days professionally and efficiently, following company standards.Identify sales opportunities, provide feedback, and utilize sales skills to meet campaign targets, including customer retention efforts.Participate in training workshops and provide feedback to stakeholders.Maintain QA scores and adapt quickly to procedural changes.QualificationsMinimum 12 months of customer service experience with strong customer service skills.Claims handling experience is advantageous but not required.Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills.Strong written communication skills.Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.Competent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Effective team player with good communication skills.Chubb is committed to equal employment and celebrates individual differences by fostering a respectful, welcoming, and valued workplace environment.
