Randstad is currently recruiting for a number of Budget Management/Planners to join our clients, fast-growing Federal Government Department

This will require a high level of stakeholder management skills, written and communications skills along with the ability to work in a time pressure environment and be agile in a changing environment.

* Attractive Hourly Pay Rates $43+ per hour + superannuation
* Full Time Hours, Monday-Friday, multiple locations across South Australia
* Long-term contract with potential extensions available

About the role:

* Gathering information and analysing records and provide recommendations based on evidence
* Assisting with complex matter via phone or email and have ability to have difficult discussions
* Completing administrative and data entry tasks relating to participants
* Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators
* Resolving issues and complaints in relation to participant plans

About you:

* Strong knowledge of NDIS policies and guidelines and plans
* Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders in challenging circumstances.
* Ability to look at figures, create a budget and calculate funding
* High level of analytical skills
* Critical thinking and problem solving
* Prioritisation, organisation and time management
* Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple systems
* Exceptional report writing skills
