About The Role
We are looking for casual First Responders, Paramedics and Nurses who will deliver medical services at events and venues across the Melbourne region. Reporting to our Operations Manager - VIC, you will be working amongst a respected team of health care professionals, to keep the community safe.
Our industry leading clinical governance is overseen by our Medical Director and Clinical Manager. We hold relevant government approvals to operate and possess and administer medicines in line with our clinical guidelines and drug therapy protocols.

17th October
18th October
19th October
31st December NYE 2025
Availability for all 5 dates is essential to be on boarded for this recruitment drive.
Qualifications And Experience
Registered Paramedics
Paramedicine Qualification - Diploma or Degree
Registration as a Registered Paramedic with AHPRA
One year post graduate experience in an appropriate setting
Registered Nurses
Nursing Qualification - Hospital Certificate or Degree
Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Two years post graduate Critical Care experience in Emergency, Intensive Care or Aeromedical settings
Advanced Life Support Certificate
First Responders
HLTAID014 - Provide Advanced First Aid (or willing to obtain)
HLTAID015 - Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy (or willing to obtain)
PUAEME005 - Provide pain management (or willing to obtain)
Experience working in a pre-hospital care setting OR completion of an ambulance placement block as part of paramedic studies

Key Responsibilities
Providing health services to patients within clinical scope.
Ensuring patient care recording and incident reporting is completed within allocated timeframes.
Following directions of 1300MEDICS supervisory and management team

Current Working with Children Check
Current Criminal Record Check
Evidence of Vaccinations or willing to obtain (Must have 2 x COVID Vaccines)
Ability to build trusting relationships in a short amount of time
Ability to communicate as part of a team clearly and effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Focused on outstanding customer service
Able to identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation of change
Self-motivated and able to drive excellence in a team setting
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, early mornings is essential
Full Driver's License and access to a vehicle
