As the Manager, Balance Sheet, you will:
* Work in culturally informed and respectful ways with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
* Establish and lead the implementation of Interest Rate Risk (IRR) frameworks, including the quantification and analysis of IRR to support investment, funding and balance sheet decisions.
* Design and shape hedging strategies that support IBA’s balance sheet risk management objectives and long-term financial sustainability.
* Oversee and support the development of capital allocation strategies that balance risk,resilience and strategic priorities.
* Provide leadership in the preparation and delivery of ALCO packs and analysis to support informed executive decision making.
* Partner closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk and other stakeholders to integrate balance sheet considerations into broader organisational planning.
