Manager - Identity and Access Management
Join the Macquarie Asset Management Enterprise Division in a global role and collaborate with stakeholders in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific to support the uplift of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This pivotal role will lead the transformation of IAM capabilities allowing you to leverage your technical expertise to design, build, and implement robust role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks and drive SailPoint product development.

What role will you play?
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager, you will serve as a vital bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and risk stakeholders, including collaboration with Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, and the Cybersecurity team within the Corporate Operations Group. You will take ownership of the product roadmap for IAM solutions, with a particular focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, leveraging SailPoint IdentityIQ features such as access certifications, provisioning workflows, and custom connectors. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard applications into the IAM governance platform and streamline role-based access controls, while defining and managing the role framework for existing and new applications to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
Additionally, you will implement and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, value chain SoD assessments, and related controls. Driving automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and enhance efficiency across IAM workflows will also be a key focus. As a subject matter expert (SME) on SailPoint product capabilities, you will provide guidance on IAM best practices and manage the IAM product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements to meet business needs and technical feasibility. You will make a significant impact by shaping and driving the evolution of IAM solutions across the organization.
What You Offer
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on effectively managing expectations
3+ years in IAM roles, including 1–2 years of RBAC implementation experience
Strong understanding of Identity Access Management domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, etc.
Experience with reporting and analytics using the SailPoint Identity IQ system or other Access Management tools
Experience with JIRA and Confluence system experience is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and explain complex concepts to audiences of varying technical understanding
Strong delivery skills gained through project or implementation experience, with the ability to work in a process-oriented manner to see tasks through to completion
Familiarity or experience in implementing controls related to ISO/IEC 27001/27002 as well as APRA CPS234.
