* Responsibilities will include undertaking detailed design and documentation in accordance with relevant design standards.
* Precise designs and documents must be produced in software such as 12D and AutoCAD, meeting ADG standards.
* To ensure project success, the successful candidate will need to monitor scope, quality, costs, and schedules, resulting in profitable outcomes.
* Progress tracking of quality, costs, and schedules is essential to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
* A key aspect of this role will be fostering collaboration between disciplines and project team members to ensure consistent and coordinated design and documentation.
* The ability to maintain an understanding of construction methodology to inform design is also required.
* Assistance in the development of fee proposals and tender submissions may also be needed.
