What You'll Do
* Establish and grow the Melbourne office, initially working from home until
setup is complete
* Develop business strategies, set targets, and drive revenue growth and
operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, while
identifying new business opportunities
What You'll Bring
* Strong Operational Management experience (Branch Manager or BDM ready
to step up)
* Proven industry Sales background
* Demonstrated stable career history and relevant tertiary qualifications
* Natural drive to grow and shape a branch, with clear communication and
leadership skills
* Ability to work independently while establishing a new office
