Are you a technically savvy problem-solver with a passion for client partnerships and eCommerce? We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager to join a high-growth global Fintech supporting retailers and partners across ANZ. You'll act as the primary technical point of contact for merchants, driving the successful integration and performance of online and in-store payment solutions. You’ll work across: Merchant-facing technical troubleshooting (web integrations, APIs, SQL, logs) Partnership support with platforms like Shopify, Magento, and payments (e.g. Stripe, Adyen ) Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and commercial teams Root cause analysis, incident response, and content creation for scalable solutions What You’ll Bring Ability to read and interpret HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Strong SQL skills (write queries independently) Familiarity with Datadog or similar tools (e.g. Splunk, Sumo Logic ) Great communication and client-facing skills – you're confident wearing "technical hats" Experience supporting eCommerce or SaaS integrations Why You’ll Love It Flexible hybrid model – Sydney or Melbourne Global team, future-facing tech, and real ownership over key merchant relationships This 6-month contract is covering maternity leave – ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical, stakeholder engagement, and strategic delivery.
