The role
You will run Holloway Diamonds day-to-day, owning operational execution and commercial performance across stores and support functions. This is not a "standard CEO role description."You will lead with full operational authority to execute within agreed board-approved guardrails.

* No debt culture:we don't fund decisions with borrowing—we earn first, then invest
Key responsibilities
* Own P&L outcomes: revenue quality, margin, costs and cash conversion
* Drive operational excellence and inventory/vendor discipline (without bureaucracy)
* Lift premium sales behaviours and customer experience (education-led, not discount-led)
* Build a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability
* Work productively with an engaged Founder/Chair and Board—structured recommendations, fast loop-closure
What we're looking for
* Proven multi-site operator withreal P&L ownership
* CFO-grade commercial discipline(budgeting, forecasting, cashflow literacy, margin)
* Track record building cadence, accountability and execution
* Calm, structured, low-ego; effective with an engaged founder
