We are an Aussie manufacturer that specialises in manufacturing of custom cabinets with quick lead times. Timberline is growing, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable people to join our dynamic factory team at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Armidale.
We pride ourselves on crafting high-quality bathroom furniture, delivering excellence to customers across Australia. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in keeping our production line moving smoothly and efficiently.
Available Shifts
We currently have full-time positions available in Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Current Opportunities Include:
* Machine Operators – run and maintain machinery to produce premium products.
* Kitters – assembling, packing, and preparing finished products for dispatch.

Skills & Experience
We're seeking applicants who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Physical fitness and stamina – capable of working on your feet and lifting as needed
* Attention to detail – takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
* Commitment to safety – understands and follows safe work practices

* Good communication skills – able to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
* Willingness to learn – open to training and developing new skills
* Basic numeracy and measurement skills – helpful for machine operation and cutting tasks
No experience? No worries Full training is provided, and you'll be working alongside experienced team members to help you succeed.
Timberline will be closed from 18 December 2025 and will reopen on 5 January 2026. Successful applicants will be contacted on or after 5 January 2026.
