Role Overview:
The Support Worker will provide assistance to individuals with various needs, including disabilities, aging, and mental health.
About the Role:
* Domestic Assistance: Household duties, meal planning, personal administration, and daily living tasks.
* Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, grooming, and support for customers with high care needs.
* Community Engagement: Appointments, activities, family, friends, and social connections.
* Creative Problem Solving
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude, creative thinking, flexibility to work different shifts, and a valid driver's license. Experience in aged care, disability, mental health, or community services is desirable.
