Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the end-to-end design process across multiple commercial projects.
* Ensure alignment of design outcomes with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines.
* Drive innovation and efficiency in design, fostering collaboration between consultants, engineers, and project teams.
* Monitor and report on design progress, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
* Contribute to project planning and design programming to ensure smooth delivery.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* A minimum 7+ years of Design Management experience, ideally within Tier 1/2 commercial construction.
* A strong portfolio of complex, high-value projects delivered successfully.
* A deep understanding of project design lifecycle and the ability to develop and manage detailed design programs.
* Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.
* Exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
