Insurance Broker
We are seeking a motivated insurance professional to join our dynamic general insurance team.
The role involves assisting the director to service diverse commercial and domestic clients by providing exceptional customer support, dealing with client requests, preparing renewals, responding to enquiries, negotiating terms, and managing debtors.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on commercial insurance.
* Tier 1 qualification or diploma in insurance broking, or willingness to obtain it.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships.
* Strong administration skills including attention to detail, organising, prioritising workload, and time management.
* Ability to interpret industry documents such as PDS/Policy Wordings.
* Excellent computer skills including use of software systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
* A team-oriented attitude and ability to work autonomously.
