The Role/Duties
* Liaising with buyers, vendors and suppliers
* Open home preparations
* Prospecting warm clients
* Lead generation
* Preparation for appraisals and listing presentations
* Nurture clients and generation of new leads and opportunities
* Attending open homes, buyer inspections, final inspections
* Relationship management
* After sales follow up
About You
* Results driven and focused
* A confident communicator and well presented
* Have a keen interest in personal development
* A demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, resulting in loyal clients within the real estate industry
* A willingness to go above and beyond for your clients and team, with a genuine drive and passion for helping people
* Current driver's licence and reliable car
* Current Certificate 1V in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate
