Job Responsibilities Support patients participating in clinical research studies by coordinating care and facilitating communication with healthcare providers Help patients understand study protocols, schedule appointments, and address concerns related to their participation Collaborate with research teams to monitor patient progress and collect data while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Serve as a resource to help patients navigate the healthcare system and access necessary services throughout their research experience Ensure that participants remain engaged and compliant with study protocols to maintain the integrity and validity of the research Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the research process by coordinating care and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers Ensure that patient data is accurately collected and monitored to enhance the quality of the research outcomes May be responsible for entire projects or processes within their area of responsibility, contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of processes, programs, and policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or patient care Strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., CCRP, CCRC) preferred Necessary Skills: In-depth knowledge and skills within the professional discipline of clinical research and patient care Ability to coordinate care and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to address patient concerns and provide individualized support Proficiency in data collection and monitoring Understanding of the impact of work on related areas and the ability to manage processes and programs Additional Information: Tasks, duties, and responsibilities as listed in this job description are not exhaustive.
