Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we have a permanent opportunity for a Site Supervisor for the Toowoomba region. Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager/Operations Manager you will be hands‑on, client‑focused, safety‑oriented and a lateral thinker who has a positive can‑do approach.
Key Capabilities and Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years post trade experience in commercial construction
* Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
* Excellent technical construction skills with the ability to solve problems, think creatively and rectify technical issues
* A demonstrated commitment to undertaking work safely and sustainably
* A strong track record of stability with previous employers
* Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly developed time management, scheduling, and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
