About the Role: As Country General Manager, you’ll set the pace for the Australian business, blending strategic direction with hands‑on day‑to‑day leadership. You’ll own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and ensure the team is motivated, aligned, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Reporting into the Global Managing Director, the local team remit spans Customer Success, New Business, Creative, Sourcing, Digital, Finance & HR.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
* Own the country P&L, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
* Drive top‑line revenue through pipeline discipline, client engagement, and marketing initiatives.
* Refine, build and embed best‑of‑class sales operations processes.
* Shape a high‑performing, values‑driven culture while ensuring operational excellence.
* Lead and develop the team, fostering capability, accountability, and wellbeing.
Skills & Experience
* Proven General Management breadth with substantial prior experience overseeing a Sales & Marketing function within a dynamic, fast‑paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment.
* Understanding of the power of Below‑the‑line marketing preferred.
* Proven track record of building capability and driving high‑performing and engaged teams.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership and strategic decision‑making.
* Demonstrated success in spearheading sales growth and client relationship management.
* Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills across internal teams and clients.
