Technical Leadership
- Design and deliver pipelines that ingest from multiple vendors and brokers into BigQuery for downstream use.
- Partner with the analytics team to create sustainable data products in Dataform.
- Monitor and improve pipeline health, setting up alerting and runbooks.
- Measure and report on data quality, supported by guidance from the business.
Team Leadership
- Manage a team of three (Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer).
- Run team ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and set explicit priorities.
- Mentor and grow team members' capabilities, holding a high bar for operational excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure delivery standards are consistently met.
