Supervisor Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

As a Supervisor Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, you will provide reflective practice individual and group supervision to a team of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Dispute Resolution, Property Mediation, Counselling, and Child Inclusive Practice. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.
This part-time role (0.4 - 0.6 FTE) is a permanent position. The successful candidate must be able to work one evening shift on a Thursday (12:30pm - 8:30pm), with other days being flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide reflective practice individual and group supervision to FDRPs
* Hold a caseload and provide FDRP services to families
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve organisational goals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, counselling, social work, or related field
* Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution
* Knowledge and experience in Family Dispute Resolution, Property Mediation, Counselling, and Child Inclusive Practice
* Ability to provide reflective practice supervision
