An opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to take on a senior technical and leadership role within a well‐established, multi‐disciplinary consultancy.
The role focuses on design leadership, technical skills and direct client engagement.
Lead project teams, oversee complex structural design work, and act as a key contact.
Role Overview
* Lead and coordinate structural design across multiple projects
* Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams
* Manage interfaces with clients, architects, and other consultants
* Contribute to planning, resourcing, and delivery of projects
* Support development of the team and broader business capability
Projects
* High‐rise commercial buildings (typically 18–40+ storeys)
* Complex commercial and mixed‐use developments
* Mid‐rise residential projects
* Government and institutional buildings
About You
* Substantial experience in structural engineering consultancy
* Strong background in complex commercial structures
* Comfortable leading teams and managing technical risk
* Clear communicator with established client‐facing experience
* Able to work with a high level of autonomy and accountability

* Base salary from $166,000 to $178,000
