What We Offer
* Full‐time, long-term employment
* $45–$60 per hour + allowances (depending on skills and experience), with room to grow as the business grows
* Adaptable start/finish times, with the option for occasional 4 longer days and a 3‐day weekend when it suits the schedule.

The Role
* You'll be working across residential and light commercial jobs, including:
* Installations, maintenance, and repairs
* Switchboard upgrades and fault‐finding
* Working independently and within a team
* Communicating clearly with clients and providing a high standard of service
* Using Tradify software for job management
* Representing the business with professionalism and care
About You
* Is a qualified electrician with current licences
* Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Communicates well with clients and teammates
* Takes pride in neat, high‐quality work and pays attention to detail
* Is reliable, organised, and self‐motivated
* Wants to grow with the business long‐term
Requirements
* Certificate III in Electrotechnology
* Current QLD Electrical Work Licence
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver's licence
* CPR/LVR
