This role presents a dynamic chance for a Senior Medical Practitioner to take on key responsibilities in patient care and contribute to our team.
You will work closely with the Clinical Lead and Director of Medical Services, taking charge of complex clinical decisions and offering expert guidance.
The ideal candidate will have unconditional General and / or Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia, substantial experience in general medical ward settings, and a strong background at Registrar level in Australian hospitals.
Key tasks include assessment, management, and ongoing care of patients admitted to the General Ward, driving continuous improvement through data collection and quality initiatives, and mentoring and educating Doctors in Training.
* Assess, manage, and provide ongoing care for patients in the General Ward.
* Collaborate closely with nursing teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement through data collection and quality initiatives.
* Mentor and educate Doctors in Training, providing leadership, supervision, and training in consultation with Specialists and Senior Staff.
