The Opportunity
We're seeking a Storeperson to join our team at our Berkeley Vale, Central Coast manufacturing facility!
The primary objective of this role is to receive and dispatch goods from the store and to prepare kits of materials for fabricated engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Forklift operation (loading & unloading trucks).
* Receiving & dispatching goods.
* Picking and packing orders.
* Interpreting manufacturing drawings for part identification and kitting.
* Measuring and inspecting received materials.
* Maintaining and housekeeping of warehouse and store.
* Inspection of incoming Goods.
* Purchasing and stock replenishment.
* Working with our team of skilled trades.
* Liaising and organising Transport.
* Assistance, when required, with all other areas of engineering manufacturing, such as basic workshop and yard maintenance, urgent deliveries of completed projects, etc.
About You
To succeed in this role, we require a person who is trustworthy and reliable, with good attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude. An ability to work under pressure and be a strong team player with high energy is essential. You will be able to demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills with a work ethic that is second to none.
To be considered for this role you must hold a current forklift and drivers’ licence. Experience in any combination of the following:
* Previous experience as a Storeperson.
* Experience in a steel fabrication/machining/engineering workshop.
* Experience in manufacturing.
* Experience in manufacturing procurement.
* Experience reading engineering drawings.
