We're currently looking for a proactive, and detail driven
Visual Merchandising Production Coordinator
to support our Sheridan VM team. If you're organised, creative, and love bringing concepts to life in-store, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, collaborative environment.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.
The Opportunity
In this role, you'll coordinate the end to end production, rollout and delivery of all VM and Point of Sale assets across the Sheridan retail network. Working closely with the VM Manager, Graphic Design, external print partners and suppliers, you'll ensure each campaign lands seamlessly, inspiring customers and elevating our brand in store
You will also manage key administrative processes across budgets, calendars, VM databases and project timelines. It's a hybrid role balancing creativity, production, logistics and project coordination.
What you'll be doing:
* Coordinate production and delivery of POS, windows, signage and VM collateral.
* Support development of window and in-store concepts aligned to campaign calendars.
* Manage samples, materials and props along with VM databases, distribution lists and allocation records.
* Oversee VM maintenance requests and support in-store setups and stakeholder walk-throughs.
* Manage quotations, POs, invoices, budgets and VM calendars.
* Ensure all VM elements meet safety standards.
* Ensure contractors are certified and report hazards or incidents promptly.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a form of previous Visual Merchandising work, creative production or similar role.
* Exposure to retail environments and understanding of in store execution.
* Experience working with print suppliers or creative design teams.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel).
