About the Role You will work closely with our owner and current Head Chef, who is looking to reduce their hours. Together, you will lead the kitchen, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a long‑term, stable position with plenty of opportunity for creativity and growth.

* Strong management and organisational skills
* Excellent communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Preferred wok experience and confidence working in a fast‑paced kitchen

* Ability to work collaboratively in a shared leadership structure
Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays off every week (venue closed) Remaining hours negotiable to suit the right applicant Ideal for someone seeking work–life balance without stepping back from a senior role
