SECURITY GUARDS REQUIRED - (FULL-TIME) (PART – TIME) (CAUSAL) HOURS.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…?
Due to our growth, we are seeking well-presented and eager security professionals both new and experienced to assist to provide high level of customer service and maintaining our high security standards across our sites in the south coast areas.
THE NATURE OF SECURITY WORK ARE IN PUBS / RSL /LEAGUES CLUB AND STATIC GATEHOUSES.
TO BE CONSIDERED TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT XTREME SECURITY SOLUTIONS YOU MUST POSSESS AND DEMONSTRATE WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED COMPETENCIES.
* Current – Valid New South Wales 1AC Security Licence.
* Current – Valid RSA Card (Must Be Valid).
* Current – Valid First Aid Certificate.
* Current – Valid New South Wales Drivers Licence.
* Current – Resume.
* Own transport
* Good level of physical fitness
* Professional presentation and groom standards.
QUALITIES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?
* PLEASE – NO TIME WASTERS
* Available to work a flexible roster including morning / night shifts / weekends / public holidays assist at us at short notice shifts if required.
* Must be able to assist us to work at different venues if required.
* Able to work with small and large security teams and listen to job instructions that are required for the site.
* Be able to use a 2-way radio fluently
* Must be able to handle difficult and stressful situations.
* Must be reliable and must come to work on time.
* Professional personal presentation.
* Have high level of customer service.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Computer Literacy.
* Females are encouraged to apply.
STAFF BENEFITS
* Weekly payment - (Paid on Time).
* Training will be provided. (Training Paid).
* Uniforms will be provided ( Free of charge ) - From Shoes / Suits /Shirts.
* Security licence armband provided.
* Incentive Bonus
* Any successfully guard who we hire will receive $300 dollar bonus.
* Work with us for one full year and we'll renew your NSW security licence and RSA on us.
* Onsite parking.
