Role Details
We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our business, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of shipping operations and international logistics.
As the Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of the shipping process, from liaising with global clients and shipping companies to managing documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements. The position requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
This position will be based at our Adelaide head office.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate with overseas clients, shipping companies, subordinate mines, and external service providers daily.
* Manage shipping documentation including Letters of Credit, insurance for ocean shipments, and contractual clauses.
* Ensure timely and accurate organization of sales data and generate reports tailored to business requirements.
* Monitor shipping schedules, resolve logistics issues, and maintain strong relationships with global partners.
* Uphold compliance with relevant trade, shipping, and insurance regulations.
What You Will Bring
