Key Responsibilities
* Personal care assistance including showering and bathing
* Assisting with medication management
* Cooking and food preparation for customers
* Transportation to appointments and social engagements
* Providing companionship and emotional support
Requirements
* A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
* A relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
* An accredited Medication Competency Certificate
* At least 500 hours of experience working in home care or aged care
* A current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a second language being an asset
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Availability to work weekdays
