Our valued State Government partner is seeking an experienced
Building Supervisor
to oversee maintenance and upgrade works across Housing assets. This role is ideal for someone with strong site supervision experience, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple building projects simultaneously.
Position Overview
Deliver and supervise maintenance and upgrade works for Housing assets
Manage contracts, project timelines, and contractor performance
Ensure site safety and compliance with relevant standards
Complete administration tasks, including reporting and computer-based documentation
Oversee minor building works and provide technical guidance as required
Mandatory Requirements
Current Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card)
Highly Desirable
Trade qualification and/or project management qualifications
Experience delivering minor capital works or maintenance projects
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
This role starts 5th of January.
