Job Summary
Loyalty Manager is a pivotal role that drives customer retention and loyalty through strategic development and execution of the Loyalty program.
This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in CRM, loyalty, and customer insights to lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the Loyalty strategy for Liquorland to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
* Manage the health of the member database through data enhancements, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
* Amplify the Flybuys customer value proposition through targeted communications and promotional activities.
* Build and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns to drive customer retention and loyalty.
* Influence key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the Loyalty strategy across business units.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience leading a team in marketing, loyalty, or CRM, preferably in a high-energy retail environment.
* Tertiary qualification in Advertising/Marketing/Business.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Sound knowledge of consumer research and analytics, including reporting and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
* Experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end and familiarity with CMS systems.
* Experience delivering loyalty-based retail media solutions for suppliers.
