Youth Support Worker – Transition to Work
APM continues its impactful work through the Transition to Work contract, and we're now seeking a passionate individual who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. As a Youth Support Worker at our Ulladulla site, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
In this dynamic and purpose-driven role, you'll:
* Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment
* Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders
* Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities
* Drive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
* Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance

To Be Considered, You'll Need:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential
* Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
* Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
* Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
