Join a high-performing Infrastructure Sales team as a Sales Support Representative, where you'll play an important role supporting Account Managers and helping deliver great outcomes for customers. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong administration, attention to detail and teamwork directly contribute to sales success and long-term client relationships.
You'll work closely with a tight-knit team across sales, logistics and customers, gaining valuable exposure to the full sales process while helping drive real commercial outcomes.
In this role you will:
* Provide day-to-day support to a busy sales team to help progress opportunities and deliver on customer needs
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations and assist with sales proposals and tender submissions
* Respond to internal and external customer queries, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism
* Maintain customer pricing, sales portals and key sales administration systems
* Support forecasting updates, account planning and order placement activities
* Liaise with logistics and internal teams to manage stock allocation, backorders and fulfilment queries
* Produce reports and assist with general sales and customer administration as required
About You
* Some exposure to sales or sales support
* Understanding of basic sales concepts such as margins, cost vs sell price and logistics impacts
* Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
* Reliable with a consistent work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities
* Enjoy working in-office and contributing to a collaborative team environment
