Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties
19. Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services.
20. Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs.
21. Record notes and file service records appropriately - be a part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help our customers' solve their material handling needs.
22. Access to industry-leading training and development and grade progression opportunities, including potential opportunities to train less experienced service technicians in more complex aspects of service and repair work in the field.
23. Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
24. Keep up to date with industry trends, new products and services.
25. Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.

Requirements
26. Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician will be highly regarded but not essential
27. Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
28. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
29. Excellent problem-solving skills

31. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
