They’re growing fast and are on the lookout for a true business builder to help them go even further. This isn’t your average sales gig. As a Senior Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll be right at the front line, spotting opportunities, chasing leads, and building genuine partnerships that last.
You’ll work with a supportive team who backs you all the way, while you take ownership of growing revenue and expanding the company footprint across Australia and globally.
What’s in it for you:
- $120,000 - $130,000 + Super + Commission + Company Car

What You’ll Do:
- Hunt new business across transport, freight, and warehousing sectors
- Identify markets, clients, and opportunities that others might miss
- Meet with prospects, understand their operations, and deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with both new and existing customers
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales contracts that deliver value for both sides
- Keep accurate records of your wins, pipeline, and progress
- Collaborate with operations to ensure what’s promised is delivered on time, every time
What you need:
- 2‑3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics sector
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and freight forwarding operations
- Experience using CargoWise is highly regarded
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot)
- Communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
