You will be responsible for coordinating client proposals, managing client onboarding and screening processes, triaging queries, and owning the client-facing experience in person, phone, and digital.
To succeed in this role, you must be confident and professional with exceptional communication skills, organised and detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and tech-savvy.
The ideal candidate should have experience in client-facing administration, preferably in accounting, legal, or professional services.
