To read more on what it's like to work for West Moreton Health: What it's like to work with us | West Moreton Health About The Role As the Endoscopy Administration Officer, you will respond to general reception inquiries by answering all incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff. As the primary contact in the area, you will assist and direct visitors by accessing patient information and providing an effective and courteous front counter service. As an enthusiastic team member, you will grow and engage with new programs and processes adopted within the health service, with an open mind and willingness to learn. This role is temporary part-time, 45.6 hours per fortnight. n About You n Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace and autonomously when required. n Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. n Positive and effective customer service. n Proficiency in the application of internal hospital information systems in addition to Microsoft Word and Excel.
