At CAP Australia, we believe money doesn't have to tell a story of shame or struggle — it can tell a story of hope. We partner with churches across the country to equip God's people to walk alongside those who are struggling. And now we're looking for a Strategic Communications Manager who can take our brand to market with clarity and purpose, ensuring more people see, hear, and respond to our mission. If you're a big‑picture communicator who loves crafting messages that move people, build trust, and spark action — this is your role.
What you'll do:
* Leading an organisation-wide communications strategy
* Protecting and elevating CAP's brand, message, and tone of voice
* Turning in-house content into compelling, beautifully crafted pieces that inspire engagement
* Drawing out powerful stories from church partners, mentors and participants
* Guiding and activating campaigns across email, digital, print, social and partner channels
* Strengthening communication capability across teams
You'll thrive here if you:
* Think strategically but write with heart
* Understand Christian audiences and communicate with theological integrity
* Love storytelling and can turn raw content into gold
* Can lead with influence, collaboration, and clarity
* Have experience in comms, content, journalism or PR (or similar)
Part‑time & Location
* Part‑time — At least 3 days per week
* Newcastle, NSW or Remote in Australia
* 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
