NQ Fasteners & Lifting are a leading supplier of a vast range of fasteners and lifting products as well is trade tools which are used in the areas of Construction, Mining, Automotive, Marine, Defence, Agriculture & Government departments.
We are seeking an Internal Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The role would suit a professional with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to: -
* Sales order entry and preparation of quotes and estimations
* Handling customer service and sales enquiries from internal and external customers
* Providing administration and customer service support to the sales team.
* Advise of stock availability and product delivery
* Follow up on all quotes and estimates given to customers and advise on promotions when necessary
* General Administrative Duties
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Service/Internal Sales role where you have supported a busy sales and operations team. Previous experience in preparing quotes and estimates is highly desirable.
You will have clear written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, have the ability to interact and build relationships with people on all levels. Have basic computer operation skills. Be able to roll with the punches and pick up new tasks quickly will see you succeed!
