We are looking for our next Night Manager to join our Night Front Office tema.
Position Summary:
- Attending as the property Manager on Duty and overseeing all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided
- Representing property management in resolving any guest related situation.
- Leading Front Office overnight teams
- Prepare daily briefings and reports for our management team
- Maintaining Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Implementing Projects and Policies
- Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
- Focusing on Guest Voice
About You:
- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
- Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
- Working rights in Australia
